Processing Times

Every Birch & Brim product is handcrafted with care, and processing times can vary depending on the item:

• Hats: Usually ship within 2–3 business days.

• Game Boards & Charcuterie Boards: Made to order — typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Custom or Engraved Items: Allow 7–14 business days for personalization and finishing.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking information.
During busy seasons, production times may be slightly longer.
