    We laser-engrave your patches and hand-apply them to your hat. Then ship anywhere in Canada. We keep your file on record so reorders are faster and the setup fee is gone.

What's the minimum order?

24 hats. Enough for a small crew or team, and you get the same quality as larger orders.

How long does it take?

7–10 business days from mockup approval to your door. Reorders are typically faster.

Is there a setup fee?


A one-time $30 fee covers creating your patch file. It's waived completely on every reorder.

What file format do you need?

Vector files are preferred — AI, EPS, or SVG give us the cleanest engraving results. PNG or JPG work too. Not sure if your file will work? Just send it and we'll let you know.

What is the patch made of?

We use Hybond leatherette — durable, consistent, and the industry standard for custom patch hats.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship anywhere in Canada. We're based in Alberta so Prairie deliveries are typically quick.

Can I get a different hat style?

Absolutely. We primarily work with the Yupoong 6606 and Richardson 112 but other styles are available on request.

What if I don't like the mockup?


We revise until you're happy. You don't pay anything until you approve — so there's zero risk.
